Product details

The DMH series double door dry heat sterilization cabinet is equipped with advanced instruments and meters such as frequency converters, temperature controllers, PLC programmable controllers (Siemens), and micro differential pressure gauges (Dewey). It is suitable for sterilization and heat removal of penicillin bottles, ampoules, aluminum bottles, aluminum caps, tools, and glassware in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as for drying and sterilizing solid materials. The device is currently designed and developed with the advantages of foreign manufacturing, and meets the manufacturing requirements of the new national GMP, EU certification, and US FDA certification.

Technical features:

1. The motorized door adopts a safe and stable pneumatic opening and closing system;

2. The mobile door adopts advanced vacuum sealing method, which can ensure good sealing of the door, is simple and practical, and effectively avoids contamination of sterilized items;

3. The inlet and exhaust systems of this series of products are equipped with H13 level high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filters on one side of the chamber, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, ensuring that the chamber reaches level 100;

4. The main filter of the chamber adopts an innovative combination sealing process, which effectively improves product efficiency while making disassembly and maintenance easier;

5. The laminar flow plate inside the cavity adopts a unique hole distribution to control the horizontal laminar airflow, effectively improving the thermal energy utilization rate and temperature uniformity;

6. The equipment adopts an advanced fully automatic control system, which automatically controls the temperature and maintains positive pressure inside the cavity;

7. An independent over temperature protection system effectively ensures equipment safety;

8. This product is equipped with a multifunctional verification interface for dust particle verification testing and temperature distribution testing;

9. The main filter of the cavity is equipped with a DOP verification port;

10. Multiple cooling methods have improved work efficiency.

Structural features:

1. All parts inside the cavity that may come into contact with objects are made of 316L stainless steel material;

2. The outer surface is made of 304-2B stainless steel material, using a new production process that meets GMP requirements and makes the appearance more simple and beautiful;

3. Unique insulation method ensures that the surface temperature of the product is ≤ room temperature+15 ℃

4. The inner chamber adopts a unique closed welding method, with a four corner circular arc transition structure of the inner chamber body, which has no dead corners and is easy to clean.
